Using NASM training models and total body, mind, spirit healing principals I create a program that is unique to you, based on your goals. I believe that our body imbalances and weight issues come from more than one source. The way we view ourselves and the way we look & feel are directly related. There is more to health and fitness than cardio and weights. I work with you from the bottom up.

We start with where you are at:

What are your goals?
How do you see yourself?
How would you like to see yourself?
What do you expect to gain from training?
Does your lifestyle support your goals?
What do you feel needs to change?
What do you expect from me as a trainer?

The first step is structural alignment, correcting muscle imbalances and core stabilization. The object is to create a strong foundation for success and prevent injury. Then we will move into core strength and muscle strength. And finally, depending on your goals we can move into optimal power.
As we train we will address lifestyle issues that will keep you on the success track. My role as a trainer is to support, challenge and encourage you to achieve your goals. Regardless of your current fitness level, I have a program for you. Yes couch potatoes I mean you too! Improve your fitness in a structured, nurturing environment.
